Make no mistake, the mainstream media has their marching orders – and they’re coming directly from President Obama. Yesterday, I was on MSNBC to discuss the Democrat Shutdown. But instead of answering fair, unbiased questions, all I got were Democrat talking points.
Barack Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi are willing to shut down the government to protect ObamaCare. But many Americans can’t even sign-up for the program online due to widespread technical glitches.
Republicans are standing on principles whereas Democrats are resorting to cheap political tactics such as barricading our veterans from the World War II Memorial in Washington, DC. And the media has their back every step of the way.
Our Republican House majority needs your support in this fight. We cannot allow the Democrats and their media mouthpieces to go unanswered.
Harry Reid will shut down the government to keep forcing ObamaCare on the American people.
ObamaCare is succeeding in some things – it’s successfully destroying the 40 hour work week, costing people their jobs, and causing people to lose access to their doctors. Republicans are leading. They’ve sent Harry Reid and Senate Democrats a bill that will keep the government open and delay ObamaCare by one year. But rather than admit that ObamaCare has been an absolute failure and allow for a one year delay of the entire law, Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi would rather shut down the government.
We know the liberal media won’t tell our fellow Americans the truth and that’s why we need your help to get our message out.
It’s a mathematical fact. If we all buy just 5% more US made products we will create a MILLION new jobs. AND if each person that sees this video shares it with at least two friends it will only take a month for every person in America to see this. Crazy, but true. Seems like if we all knew the solution to unemployment was so simple we’d fix it. So let’s spread the news.
Flex your muscle as a consumer to create one million new jobs. It’s as easy as one, two, three. 1. Watch the video. 2. Take the pledge. 3. Share this project with at least two friends.
House Republicans passed legislation to defund ObamaCare today. By a vote of 230 to 189, the Republican majority in the House defeated Nancy Pelosi and Democrat opposition. Now the fight moves to the Democrat-led Senate. The high cost of ObamaCare – lost jobs, lost wages, less access to health care – are being felt already by the American people. The American people do not want a government shutdown and the American people do not want ObamaCare. Will President Obama, Harry Reid, and Senate Democrats listen to the voters who elected them?
Obama has no liking for Cruz, the least reason of which is because Cruz is Republican. Here are a few other factors: Cruz is academically superior. Cruz graduated cum laude from Princeton. Not the case for Obama. Cruz graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. Not so for Obama. Cruz’s mental prowess has been recognized by Allan Dershowitz (who by all accounts is a bigger liberal than Obama) who said that Cruz is one of the most brilliant legal minds that he has ever seen. His actual quote was that “Cruz was off-the-charts brilliant.” Not so Obama. Cruz clerked for the Chief Justice of the U. S. Supreme Court, Justice William Rehnquist, one of the most coveted positions for any young lawyer right out of law school. Not so Obama. The liberal tin horns in Washington along with the liberal media try to tout Cruz as some kind of nut.
Perhaps Obama and the other libs don’t like him because he worked on the Florida lawsuit for George W. Bush against Gore. Perhaps it is because Cruz is a Baptist. Perhaps it is because Cruz’s wife worked for Condoleezza Rice in the White House and also as one of those horrible investment bankers in New York. Perhaps it’s because Cruz ran his Senate campaign as a Republican and still garnered 40% of the hispanic vote in Texas. Perhaps its because Cruz is against same-sex “marriage.” For whatever reason, Obama seems jealous of Cruz’s legal successes. What has Obama done in the legal profession? Ans.: community organization in one of the most God forsaken cities in the world. Obama was not a professor at the University of Chicago as many of his supporters dishonestly tout, but was a “guest lecturer,” an enormous difference.
This brief video of Cruz’s father is amazing– it is a must watch. Indeed, every true American should have an opportunity to watch this.
Ted Cruz is a Texas Senator. His Dad may have just established himself as one more reason for Obama to dislike Texas. Please take the time to watch this and to pass it on.
It is a sad day when a Communist makes more sense than our President, but here it is. This is one time our elected leaders should pay attention to the advice of Vladimir Putin…
On February 4th, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma, (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia.
“In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, then we advise them to go to those places where that’s the state law. Russia does not need minorities. Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell ‘discrimination’. We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of most minorities. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the national interest first, observing that the minorities are not Russians.”
The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a five minute standing ovation.
Yesterday Governor Pat McCrory signed House Bill 589, better known as the Voter ID Bill into law. Polling has consistently shown that 7 out of 10 North Carolinian’s support the Voter ID safeguard.
North Carolina Republican Party Chairman Claude Pope applauds the Governor and issued the following statement:
“The Voter ID law will ensure the integrity of North Carolina’s elections and will provide greater equality in access to voting for the citizens of our state,” said Chairman Pope. “The law makes sure no one’s vote is disenfranchised by a fraudulent ballot and signing this bill into law is just plain common sense. Proper photo identification is needed to do daily tasks in everyday life such as cashing a bank check or boarding an airplane. We are proud to see North Carolina joining the other 33 states with Voter ID legislation. Governor McCrory is representing the will of the people and we stand 100% behind his signature of this bill.”
For four years we have heard President Obama and his liberal allies tell us that Obamacare will shrink health care costs and create jobs. Today we know the opposite to be true, and we are sick of the Democrats’ trying to pull the wool over America’s eyes.
Tell us what you think. Take our Obamacare survey and tell the Democrats how you really feel about this disastrous law!
Sarah Palin was unabashed about the McCain campaign’s efforts to silence her about Obama’s real biography in an interview with Greta van Sustern of Fox News on Friday.
The former VP candidate related that she was told by McCain’s ‘elitist’ campaign advisers that discussing Barack Obama’s long-time confidante the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, who infamously invoked ‘goddam* America!,” or socialist terrorist William Ayers, whom Barack Obama definitely associated with, was off-limits.
The McCain campaign’s argument to Palin was that the press would ‘eat them alive.’ Of course, the press was hostile to the Republican campaign and any real threats to the Obama candidacy.
Better to lose than to tell the truth, right? America thanks the Washington consultancy class for a disastrous eight years of Obama as president. The failed recovery, the scandals, the unsustainable debt, the vast surveillance, the undeclared wars — could have been avoided with a dose of the truth.
